- 2 c. medium ground corn meal
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
- 1 egg
- lukewarm water
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Add oil, egg and lukewarm water; mix well.

3Cover and set in a warm place for about 2 hours.

4Pour into a well-greased, high sided pan and allow to rise for 1 hour.

5Bake in 350° oven until golden brown.

6Yield: 8 servings.
