- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 c. corn oil margarine (at room temperature)
- 6 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large angel food cake (8 oz.), cut in small pieces
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine gelatin and cool water and allow to stand 5 minutes.

2Add boiling water and stir until gelatin has completely dissolved.

3Add cocoa powder and margarine and stir until margarine has completely melted.

4Set aside to cool.
