- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. grape juice
- 1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream and chopped nuts for garnish
Directions

1Spread coconut on a cookie sheet and bake at 325° until light brown.

2Put into bowl and toss with melted butter.

3Spread lightly over bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

4Do not press.

5Cool for 1 hour or more in refrigerator.
