- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. pimento
- 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. frozen lima beans
- 1 can corn, drained
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook milk, 1/2 stick margarine and flour in double boiler until thick.

2Add onion, pimento, cheese, salt and pepper.

3Cook lima beans.

4Arrange limas in bottom of dish; add corn.

5Pour cheese sauce over top.

6Mix 1/2 stick margarine with 1 1/2 to 2 cups stuffing, and sprinkle on top.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
