Lime-Butter Mint Salad

- 1 pkg. butter mints (11 oz.)
- 2 (13 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. whipped cream
Directions

1Put pineapple in large bowl and sprinkle the dry jello over it and mix.

2Add marshmallows and stir.

3Cover bowl and place in refrigerator overnight.

4Next day, shave or scrape the mints and mix with whipped cream.

5Add to pineapple mixture.

6Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until serving time.

7Serves 8 to 10.
