- 1 pkg. lime gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dessert topping mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Prepare gelatin as directed on package; let set slightly. Have cream cheese at room temperature; whip until creamy.

2Mix topping mix as directed on package; add to cream cheese and mix well.

3Drain pineapple.

4When gelatin begins to thicken, add cream cheese and topping mixture.

5Fold in pineapple and pecans. Completely congeal.

6Cut into squares; serve plain or on lettuce. Yields 12 servings.
