  • 1 (28 ounce) canwhole peeled tomatoes with juice, cut into chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 12 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lb linguine
  • grated parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Directions

    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high.

    Add garlic and red-pepper flakes; cook until garlic is fragrant and beginning to brown, about 1 minute.
