  • 6 each egg yolks
  • 5 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest grated

    Mix like any pastry.

    Add all ingredients in bowl.

    Cut butter into mixture to make a dough.

    Roll it out and cut into any shape.

    Fill with jams, jellys or nut fillings, or top with egg whites beaten stiff.
