- 6 Tbsp. mandarin peel
- 2 c. mandarin juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 qt. brandy
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
Directions

1Remove all white from mandarin peel and discard.

2Finely chop peel, mix with cinnamon and coriander.

3Pour the brandy over this mixture, mix thoroughly.

4Store in covered bottle for two months. Filter and bottle.
