  • 6 oz. skinned, boneless chicken, diced
  • 20 small red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 small apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
