Ingredients

  • 34 cup light vanilla soymilk
  • 12 cup canned pumpkin puree (Libby's is best!)
  • 14 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free calorie-free vanilla syrup (like the kind by Torani)
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon brown sugar (not packed)
  • 18 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
  • 2 packets no cal artificial sweetener (like Splenda or Truvia)
  • 1 cup crushed ice or 5 -8 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fat, free reddi-wip
  • cracker

Directions

    Place all ingredients except Reddi-wip and crushed graham crackers in a blender.

    Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into a glass.

    If you like, stir in additional pumpkin pie spice.
