  • 2 cup sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

    Put all dry ingredients into a big bowl, mix well

    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well

    Pleas firmly into a square pan.

    Put into the freezer for about an hour

    Take out, cut into bars.
