- 1/2 c. soup or broth
- pinch of pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives or parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Using a blender, chop or grind liver.

2Combine crumbs and liquid.

3Add slightly beaten eggs and other ingredients.

4Shape into small balls the size of large marbles.

5Drop into boiling soup or broth.

6Cook 10 minutes.
