Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. liver (beef)
  • 1 regular size green pepper
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Grind altogether; add egg, bread crumbs (may need more if too thin), salt and pepper.

    Drop by large spoonful into hot oil.

    I chill before using.
