  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 pkg. dried Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
