- 1 qt. tomatoes

1Chop onion, pepper and mushrooms.

2Saute in skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.

4Put in heavy pan; add tomatoes and skinned chicken pieces.

5Cover and cook on low heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is tender.

6Can serve over rice.
