- 1 (12 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
- 8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese
- 2 lbs bacon
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Mix potatoes, chedder cheese soup, and ground black pepper in large bowl.

3Line mini muffin trays with bacon, covering all sides including the bottom.

4Fill each bacon lined cup to the top with hash brown mixture.

5Scoop 1/2 tsp chive and onion cream cheese and place on top of each filled cup.

6Bake for 40 minutes or until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.

7Remove each bacon wrapped hash brown and place on paper towels to drain.

8Serve!
