- 6 Tbsp. quick tapioca
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) tin loganberry juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix tapioca, sugar, salt, loganberry

2juice and water.

3Stir well and cook over direct heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a full, rolling boil.

4Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.

5Cool and chill before serving.

6It becomes much thicker when cold.

7Serve with top milk or cream.

8Makes 5 servings.
