  • 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 23 cups Corn Meal
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasonig Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1-13 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour For Dusting
  • 1 quart Oil For Deep Frying (more Or Less As Needed)
  • 24 whole Wooden Skewers

    Cut your hot dogs into thirds (this will give you 24 lollipops).

    Mix together the Bisquick, corn meal, and seasonings.

    Then add your egg and buttermilk.

    The consistency should be like a thick pancake batter.

    Start heating your oil in a deep, heavy bottomed pan or pot.
