- 10 pieces chicken (breasts)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. sherry or white wine
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter.

2Then brown mushrooms.

3Place chicken in casserole.

4Mix soups (undiluted) and pour over chicken.

5Put mushrooms on top.

6Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

7When ready to bake, add wine.

8Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

9Good with rice.
