  • 10 pieces chicken (breasts)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. sherry or white wine

Directions

    Brown chicken in butter.

    Then brown mushrooms.

    Place chicken in casserole.

    Mix soups (undiluted) and pour over chicken.

    Put mushrooms on top.

    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

    When ready to bake, add wine.

    Cover casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Good with rice.
