- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Soften the packet of yeast in warm water.

2Combine cottage cheese (heated to lukewarm) and other ingredients, adding flour last, enough to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.

3Cover.

4Let rise in warm place 50 to 60 minutes.

5Stir down dough.

6Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.

7Let rise in warm place until light, 30 to 40 minutes.

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown.

9Brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
