- 1 T plain gelatin
- 1/2 cup chicken broth from can
- 1 T chili sauce
- 1/2 cup string beans (drained well)
- 1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
- 1 T vinegar dressing
- 1/2 cup raw celery
- 1 oz. diced cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 1/4 head lettuce
Directions

1Dissolve gel in 1 T chicken broth.

2Heat remaining broth and add dissolved gel, let cool 5 min. Mix with chili sauce.

3Add veggies, salt & pepper and cheese.

4Pour into mold and chill til serving time.

5Unmold over lettuce and sprinkle with dressing. Serve at once.
