  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 loaf (1 lb. size) slightly dry bread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
