- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. safflower oil
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 8 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast and warm water together.

2Blend well all of the ingredients.

3Let rise.

4Punch down and pinch off into rolls.

5Let rise to desired size.
