  • 2 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • English walnuts

Directions

    Mix Cream of Wheat with substitute eggs.

    Mix all remaining ingredients in second bowl.

    Add egg mixture.

    Spray a loaf pan or 8-inch square pan.
