  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. nonfat dried milk powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Put water in saucepan.

    Add gelatin and heat until gelatin dissolves.

    In blender, combine remaining ingredients.
