- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. nonfat dried milk powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Put water in saucepan.

2Add gelatin and heat until gelatin dissolves.

3Set aside.

4In blender, combine remaining ingredients.

7Blend and pour into pie shell.
