- 1 pkg. Feta cheese
- 1/2 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 bottle Marie's fat-free red vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions

1Prepare rice and cool in refrigerator.

2Prepare sun-dried tomatoes as directed.

3Chop cheese, tomatoes and onion and mix with rice.

4Add enough dressing to moisten and hold ingredients together.
