  • 1 pkg. wild rice, prepared as directed
  • 1 pkg. Feta cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 bottle Marie's fat-free red vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

    Prepare rice and cool in refrigerator.

    Prepare sun-dried tomatoes as directed.

    Chop cheese, tomatoes and onion and mix with rice.

    Add enough dressing to moisten and hold ingredients together.
