- 14 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 14 cup toasted wheat germ
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 13 cup raisins

1Preheat oven to 300F.

2Coat an 8-inch square pan using nonstick cooking spray.

3Combine oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon.

4Stir until well mixed.

5Add honey, stirring until mixture is moist and crumbly.

7Press mixture into pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
