  • 14 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 14 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 14 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 13 cup raisins

    Preheat oven to 300F.

    Coat an 8-inch square pan using nonstick cooking spray.

    Combine oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon.

    Stir until well mixed.
