  • 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
  • 1 jar Golden Grain marinara sauce (30 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) low-fat Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or grated

Directions

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, pour 1/3 of the sauce and spread evenly. Layer half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, half the spinach and half of the Mozzarella cheese.

    Pour another third of the jar of sauce evenly over layers.

    Repeat the layers ending with the last third of sauce.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
