  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can pumpkin (2 c.)

Directions

    Mix together sugar and applesauce; add eggs, water, flour, soda and cinnamon and salt.
