- flour
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix (with pudding in mix)
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 (4 oz.) jar apricot with tapioca baby food
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare a 12 cup Bundt pan with vegetable spray and flour.

3In large bowl of electric mixer, blend cake mix, water, baby food and eggs on low speed 30 seconds.

4Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.

5Turn batter into prepared pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes.

6Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.

7Remove from pan.

8Cool completely on wire rack.

9Makes 12 servings.
