- 1/2 lb. lux
- 16 oz. can salmon, drained
- 2 c. milk
- 12 eggs
Directions

1Saute onions until golden brown.

2Cover in a 3-quart oblong dish with onions and fat.

3Put pieces of lux and salmon over onions.

4Beat eggs with milk.

5Pour over all.

6Do not mix together.

7Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.

8Let stand about 10 minutes before cutting.
