- 100 lumpia skins
- 1 egg, separated
- pinch of allspice
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. stir-fry sauce
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 5 medium carrots
- 1 large green pepper
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 bundle green onions
- 2 large handfuls green beans
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Fry ground beef until brown and drain.

2Finely chop the vegetables.

3Mix together ground beef, vegetables, egg yolk, allspice, salt, pepper, soy sauce and stir-fry sauce.

4Put about a heaped tablespoonful of mixture into each lumpia skin.

5Wrap according to directions and seal with egg white.

6Fry in oil on each side until golden brown.
