Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ground pork
  • 1 pkg. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. powder garlic
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • soy sauce to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 medium cabbage, chopped fine
  • 2 pkg. bean sprouts
  • 1/2 to 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 carrots, peeled and grated fine
  • 1 bundle green onions, chopped very fine
  • 2 to 3 pkg. lumpia or egg roll wrappers
  • oil

Directions

    Chop all vegetable ingredients fine.

    In deep frying pan or wok, add 1 tablespoon oil.

    Brown meat and drain excess oil. Break meat into small pieces (no lumps).

    Mix in vegetables and saute with meat until carrots are cooked.

    Sprinkle a few times with soy sauce for flavor.

    Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour.
