- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
- flour
Directions

1Combine ingredients and let dough rise 45 min.

2Use butter and cornmeal to coat buns.

3Cut top of buns when they have risen 1/2 an hour.

4Let rise a little longer, then bake at 400°F until nicely browned.
