- 1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. melted butter
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- corn flakes
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except use only 1/2 cup of the butter and corn flakes.

2Mix other 1/2 cup of butter with corn flakes to sprinkle on top.

3Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
