- 6 tablespoons tea Thai
- simple syrup or granulated sugar
- ice cubes
- half-and-half or sweetened condens
Directions

1Bring water to boil.

2Add tea and steep 5 minutes.

3Strain and season to taste with sugar.

4Cool, then chill in refrigerator.

5When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
