Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 6 tablespoons tea Thai
  • simple syrup or granulated sugar
  • ice cubes
  • half-and-half or sweetened condens

Directions

    Bring water to boil.

    Add tea and steep 5 minutes.

    Strain and season to taste with sugar.

    Cool, then chill in refrigerator.

    When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste.
