- 8 oz. elbow macaroni noodles
- 8 oz. mild or sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil noodles as directed.

2Drain.

3Pour into casserole dish. Add 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste.

4Add 5 to 6 dabs of margarine.

5Cut cheese in small squares and place evenly over noodles.

6Bake at 350° until cheese has melted.

7Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes and stir to mix cheese, noodles and milk.
