  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni noodles
  • 8 oz. mild or sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • margarine
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil noodles as directed.

    Drain.

    Pour into casserole dish. Add 1/4 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste.

    Add 5 to 6 dabs of margarine.

    Cut cheese in small squares and place evenly over noodles.

    Bake at 350° until cheese has melted.

    Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes and stir to mix cheese, noodles and milk.
