- 1/2 lb. diced cheese
- 1/2 c. milk (2% fat)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- dash of mustard
Directions

1Cook cheese and milk together in double boiler until smooth. Add seasonings and macaroni.
