  • 1 (7 oz.) bag uncooked macaroni
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1 c. sliced gherkins
  • 3/4 c. mayo
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook macaroni as directed; drain.

    Cook peas; drain.

    Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayo and onions.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
