- 1 (7 oz.) bag uncooked macaroni
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1 c. sliced gherkins
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 medium chopped onion
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook macaroni as directed; drain.

2Cook peas; drain.

3Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, gherkins, mayo and onions.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
