Macaroni Toss

  • 7 oz. pkg. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
  • 1 c. sweet relish (or pickles, cut up)
  • 1 medium onion (1/2 c.)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain.

    Cook peas as directed on package; drain (canned peas may be used).

    Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, relish, mayonnaise and chopped onion.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
