- 7 oz. pkg. uncooked macaroni
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 1 c. sweet relish (or pickles, cut up)
- 1 medium onion (1/2 c.)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions

1Cook macaroni; drain.

2Cook peas as directed on package; drain (canned peas may be used).

3Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, relish, mayonnaise and chopped onion.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
