- 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a 13x9-inch pan.

3In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, softened butter and 1 egg.

4Mix at low speed till well combined.

5Mix will be crumbly.

6Press proportionately into the bottom of the greased pan.

7In a smaller bowl, combine the condensed lowfat milk, vanilla and egg and beat till smooth.

8Stir in 1 c. of the coconut and the nuts; pour mix over crust.

9Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. coconut over top.

10Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or possibly till golden.

11Cold completely.

12Cut into bars.

13Yield: 36 bars.
