Ingredients

  • 1 can mackerel
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • sage (optional)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • corn bread
  • 1 Tbsp. cream-style corn
  • celery
  • sweet pepper
  • butter
  • ketchup

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together except butter and ketchup in a bowl and knead together to form a loaf.

    Then place it in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

    Put ketchup and drops of butter on top and put in oven preheated to 375° for approximately 1 hour.
