  • 1 mackerel fillet - check and remove any remaining bones
  • 40 g (1.4oz) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 lemon, grated zest and juice

    Flake the mackerel, add the rest of the ingredients, and puree.
