  • 1 can Corn
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp ~ (to taste) Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ~ (to taste) Grated onion
  • 1 tsp ~ (to taste) Grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper

Directions

    Cut the cucumbers into 5-6 mm cubes.

    Cut the red bell pepper into 5-6 mm squares.

    Drain the excess water from the corn, and mix with the Step 1 ingredients.

    Mix the lemon juice, grated onion, grated garlic, olive oil, and salt, then make the dressing.

    Pour the dressing over Step 2, adjust the taste with salt and pepper, mix well.
