- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp ~ (to taste) Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ~ (to taste) Grated onion
- 1 tsp ~ (to taste) Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Directions

1Cut the cucumbers into 5-6 mm cubes.

2Cut the red bell pepper into 5-6 mm squares.

3Drain the excess water from the corn, and mix with the Step 1 ingredients.

4Mix the lemon juice, grated onion, grated garlic, olive oil, and salt, then make the dressing.

5Pour the dressing over Step 2, adjust the taste with salt and pepper, mix well.
