Macrobiotic Spring Cabbage Pasta

- 160 grams Pasta
- 180 grams Cabbage
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Salt
Directions

1Remove the germ from the garlic, and slice.

2Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

3Boil plenty of salted water, add a dash of salt (100 parts water to 1 part salt), and cook the pasta.

4A minute before the pasta finishes cooking, add the cabbage and boil with the pasta.

5Add the cooking water to a frying pan.

6Then add the pasta and cabbage, and season with salt.
