Ingredients

  • 12 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 apples, grated or 12 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal, raw (as in not cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, slivered
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, white (salba)
  • 12 cup frozen blueberries
  • 14 cup hemp seeds, hulled
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon jam, blackcurrant, to sweeten

Directions

    Mix all of these together, and you have the right amount of protein (about 10 grams), fibre, and nutrients, to set you up for the day!

    Serve immediately or leave, covered, in the fridge, for up to 3 days.
