1Cut oranges in half lengthwise.

2Use a knife to remove pulp, being careful not to puncture exterior walls.

3Prepare gelatin according to package instructions, but add 50 ml (approximately 3 ounces) less water from each package so that gelatin becomes firmer.

4Fill orange halves with gelatin mixture. For best results, refrigerate until solid, for about 12 hours.

5When oranges are is firm, trim off excess peel.

6Cut orange halves into quarters and serve.
