  • 5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
  • 2 to 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Peeled potatoes boiled, tender, mash, whipped smooth.

    Add ingredients.

    Beat until fluffy, cool and cover and put in refrigerator.

    Use within 2 weeks as needed.

    To heat:

    Dot with butter, bake covered casserole at 350°.
