  • 8 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • Paprika - To Taste
  • Pat of Butter

Directions

    Boil potatoes until tender. Drain & mash.

    Add the cream cheese & sour cream. Transfer to a baking dish.

    Sprinkle paprika over top & put a pat of butter in the center.

    Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.

    Can be made the day ahead & re-heated.
